Henry Foster ~ need help with proof of parentage.

I am looking for proof of the birth of Henry Foster to Jeremiah & Deborah (Rulon) Foster. One World Tree and Ancestry.com states that Henry was born in 1810 in Cumberland Co., New Jersey, but all the census' state either Delaware or New York.

Does anyone have proof of this birth and parentage? I'd be glad to trade/share any info I have to offer. You can email me if you like.
