Once again I am going to do a post about a Philip Palmer that I found, this time in an issue of the Gen. Magazine of N.J. - hoping someone can tell me who he is - (same one I have asked about before, many times?). He is on the list of Hunterdon County Freeholders, 1741 with my Everetts - who is Philip????? Surely he must have had some descendants???
