Need help finding NJ Reileys in the 1770s

Hi all.

I could really use some help. I am searching for the parents of my great-great-great-great grandfather, John Reiley. His daughter Hannah's obituary, published in Ohio in 1876, states the following:

"She was born March 5, 1800, in Fluvanna county, Virginia, whither her parents, John and Margaret Reily , had removed from near Princeton, New Jersey."

While John and his wife Margaret were in Fluvanna County, VA, they were living next to Abraham Reiley. Information I've found on Abraham Reiley's daughter, Theodosia Reiley Lilley, mentions that she was born in New Jersey in 1773. Abraham is probably related to my John, but I'm not certain how.

According to his tombstone, John was born June 18, 1773.

Can anyone help point me to a source that would help me find the names of Reileys that would have been in the state at that time, especially in the area of Princeton? The Reiley family has connections to the Chamberlin and Dye families, who also lived in New Jersey before moving on to Virginia.

I'd appreciate any leads that anyone can suggest.
