Heather,

This gets more interesting as I research the Woolverton family. My Gx3Grandfather Taylor is supposed to have been christened in Rosemount NJ in 1784/5. The family moved to New York in 1797. Where can I find the text of the lawsuit paperwork. I would hope to find more clues there to help ascertain which of the numerous John Taylor's in Hunterdon County was the one referenced in Charles W.'s lawsuit. There were two John Taylors of Kingswood Twp., Hunterdon, the John Taylor of Amwell Twp you already mentioned. Two John Taylor's of Readington Twp., two I believe on the Delaware at Taylor's crossing, and another possibly in Trenton.

Please feel free to contact me via my e-mail at tftaylor at att dot net.

Thanks,
Tim Taylor
