William Shane and Maria, dau Esther-Berks Co, PA

I need an Esther Shane, born about 1801 New Jersey. I have found only one Esther Shane whose father was William. They are below:

Generation No. 1

1. WILLIAM2 SHANE (THOMAS OR PETER1) was born Bef. 1780, and died 1811 in Colebrooke Twp, Berks Co, PA. He married MARIA ???.

The Shane family is an old one in Berks county, and had its seat in Colebrookdale township, where two brothers, Thomas and Peter Shane, located prior to 1759. The name of the family is said to have been originally Shen, or Shene.

William Shane, a son of one of the two brothers died in Colebrookdale Township in 1811. His wife Maria bore him nine children, however his will mentions only eight, They were: Catherine Shane, Mary Shane, Sarah Shane (m. John Trout), Henry Shane , Elizabeth Shane, ESTHER SHANE , Susan Shane and Hannah Shane.

Children of WILLIAM SHANE and MARIA ??? are:
2. i. ESTHER3 SHANE, b. Abt. 1801
ii. CATHERINE SHANE.
iii. MARY SHANE.
iv. SARAH SHANE, m. JOHN TROUT.
v. HENRY SHANE.
vi. ELIZABETH SHANE.
vii. SUSAN SHANE.
viii. HANNAH SHANE.

Generation No. 2

2. ESTHER3 SHANE (WILLIAM2, THOMAS OR PETER1)

----
The Esther Shane I am looking for was born about 1801, possibly in New Jersey. The Esther I need married George
Hinkel 1797-1834.

George Hinkel and Esther Shane had three children before he died in 1834:
Jacob Hinkle md Elizabeth
Daniel Hinkle md Catharine Tellam?
William Benjamin Hinkel.
Descendants of some are buried Mt. Zion Church aka Sloyers and Briggsville located near Nescopeck, Nescopeck Twp, Luzerne Co, PA. Valentine's descendants all lived in Luzerne Co, PA. Esther md2 after George died, Johannes JACOB Horn and in the 1850 census, her children by George Hinkel were all living in or near Beaver Meadow as well as Jacob Horn and Esther.

Any help about the Shane's will be most appreciated.

Mildred Clark
