Genealogy researching my 5th.-Great-Grandparents-(Rev.) BENJAMIN VAN PELT,Sr. & wife MARY (COLLINS) VAN PELT.They was married in Perth Amboy,Middlesex County,New Jersey on Aug. 24th. 1763.Benjamin was the son of; TEUNIS VAN PELT & MARIA "MARYE" (DRAGEAU / DRAGOO) VAN PELT.Benjamin was born Ca. 1740 in Richmond County,(Staten Island) New York U.S.A. Benjamin and Mary moved on to settle and die in Greene County,Tennessee.They was the parents of my 4th.-Great-Grandfather-(Rev.)
