Late 18th Century McCollum Graves in Middlesex County

My immigrant ancestor, John N. McCollum (1657-1760), was transported from Scotland to Perth Amboy, New Jersey where he landed in December 1685. Although he moved on to Somerset County by the early 1700s, I believe he had a wife and children who died there before 1700. I am looking for any references to McCollum burials in Middlesex County from the 1680s until the early 1700s. The name has been spelled a number of ways in early documents: Mackallum, MacCallum, McCallum, McCollum, Maklum, Maklem, and possibly more I haven't seen. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
