School records for Jamesburg/Monroe 1853-1858

I am interested in knowing whether there are any existing school records for Jamesburg/Monroe in the time period of 1853-1858.

My GGF James MacAvoy/McAvoy was living on a farm with the Delatush family in that time frame and I'm desperately seeking anything that will help me to explain how he ended up with the Delatush's.
