The Asbury Park Press printed obituaries of people in the Asbury Park area during 1916s
The Asbury Park Public Library holds micro film of the Asbury Park Press and its various names back into the 1870s. It would be easier if you had a narrower time frame than 1916 - 1920. You might be able to find a death certificate for Mr. Casner at the N. J. Archives in Trenton. This should give you an exact date of his death as well as where he is buried. Good Luck
