Need an obit look-up for John W. Wallace, died 8/25/1942 in Keyport

John W. Wallace, a Civil War veteran, aged 92 years, died 8/25/1942 in Keyport.

There is a John W. Wallace buried in St. Joseph's Cemetery in Keyport, but there are no dates on his tombstone.

I am trying to determine if they are the same individual.
