WHERE WAS BIG WOODS

My Kearney/Carney family came from Ireland and settled in Big Woods area of Monmouth County, NJ. Since most lived in Matawan, Keyport, Red Bank area it would seem logical it had to be close to that area. Anyone have any idea where Big Woods was?
