Pup Hill - Monmouth Co, NJ - Probably Keyport or Middletown

Has anyone ever heard of a place called "Pup Hill"? It's probably located in or around Keyport or Middletown in Monmouth County, NJ.

We have the text of a very old letter referring to a SMITH family burial ground located at the top of a hill they call Pup hill (probably located on their family farm).

The letter was written to Ann Rebecca Smith (married name probably Lewis) who was born 1841. Individuals buried there would be Samuel S. Smith (b.1777 d.about 1850), his father John Smith, (b.1730, d.about 1825), his sister Dilla Smith (b.1809), his grandson Isaac Smith (b.1840), his half-brother Jonathan Smith (b.early 1800's).

A portion of the letter reads:
"He is buried on the Hill called Pup Hill where your great-grandfather and Grandfather Smith, your Aunt Dilla and your brother, your mother's first child, whose name was Isaac, all lie buried. There was a portion of ground reserved on top of the hill as a burying place for the family when the property was sold."

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

-Dan
