Looking for information on the family of Anne Pisher born 1719, married 1738 to Johann Peter Sharpenstine in the German Valley, Morris County, New Jersey.They are both buried in the area. Johann died 02 June 1760
Anne is my 5X great grandmother and am interested in finding any information on her family. I don't know if a Jacob Pisher was her brother? There is a Jacob Pisher in the 1780-1840 New Jersey census, so there were other Pisher's in the area of New Jersey. I haven't seen the actual census record.
The Sharpenstine family emigrated from Urbach, Germany.
Any insight on the Pisher family would be appreciated.
