Joseph Theibault, born in 1904, died in 1975, in Orange county, New Jersey.
His wife is my cousin. Norma was born in Floyd County, Kentucky, in 1936.
She would be in her mid 60s today, and the one consistent story is that she is in a home, assisted living, either in Maryland or Dry Ridge, Kentucky.
Norma and Joseph have four children.
