I am descendent of Rev. Edmund Cyrus Cook. He was my Great Great Grandfather. Sarah Riggs Cook was his second wife.
I would also like info on E.C. Cook before he came to Huron County from Georgetown, New York? (where my great grandfather was born) His first wife's name was Margaret Sternberg Cook, who was the mother of my great grandfather William Nicholas Cook, She died at age 33 in Townsend, Ohio Where Rev. Cook was Pastor of the Baptist church in 1860.
Also, I don't know where Rev. Cook died in 1868, where he is buried or what became of the children he fathered with Sarah Riggs Cook. I do know they left Townsend Ohio somewhere around 1868 and went to Binghamton New York & Toms River New jersey.
I have lived in Huron County Ohio my whole life, and I can with information about the Cook family here.
