Merrion plaque across from Echo Lake?

A couple of years ago Marion Lill posted a message about a plaque at a park, across from Echo Lake, at the site of Robert Merrion's home built in 1767. Does anyone know if there's a photo online anywhere of that plaque?

If not, do you know of anyone who might be willing to take a photo for me?
