John & Mary (Reid) Dick; Scotland>Salem Co., NJ; early 1800s

My ancestors, John & Mary (Reid) Dick immigrated from Edinburgh, Scotland to America somewhere between 1795 & 1820; & settled in Penns Neck, Salem Co., NJ. Both died in 1820 & are buried in Penns Neck M.E. Church Cemetery in Pennsville, NJ. John's will mentioned sons Richard, John, Allen & William; & granddaughter, Mary McPhun. I have some info in son William & some on grdau Mary. ANY additional info would be much appreciated.
