Hi Dee,
Philip Houk (married to Mary Margaret Frew) was the son of David Houk an Elder at Bound Brook Presbyterian Church in what is now Raritan, NJ. He lived in and around Sussex Co. and Somerset Co., NJ.

I do not think Stephen is related.
