In 1930, William P. and Clara Francisco were located in Elizabeth, Union Co., NJ. This is my first research in NJ so I'm at a loss how to procede.
I found this SSDI item.

William was a steam boat captain, finally a master pilot by 1920 and 1930. He was born in Rhinecliff, Dutchess Co., NY to William Taylor and Helen (Elting) Francisco.
On the 1930 census, one child was named. She was Helen E. Francisco, 7 years old.
Any leads at all in this would be most appreciated. I will post in Ocean Co., NJ as well.
