Jay,

The original Presbyterian Church once stood on the location that is now Rahway Cemetery. It burned down a long time ago, but was not rebuilt in its original location on St. George Avenue. The newer edifice is the one now standing on the corner of Church Street and Grand Avenue and it never had a burial ground.

The transcript of the tombstones in Rahway Cemetery that you see on the internet is far from complete and is only a partial listing. I know because I worked in the cemetery while in high school in the 60's.
