looking for information/connections on following relatives.
SHEA family from Taylor boro Scranton, PA to Bayonne, Pamrapo, Hudson Co, NJ to Cranford Union Co, NJ
Looking for information/connection my SHEA relatives. Joseph Lawrence SHEA b 1881 Taylor boro Scranton, PA. He was the son of James SHEA c 1856 Co Cork and Honora/Nora CUMMINGS. Joseph m Catherine FITPATRICK b 1887 NY in Bayonne, NJ in 1904 St. Mary RC Church. They were blessed with at least 8 children 1906-1925 James, Thomas, John, Joseph, Mary, Catherine, Edward and Genevieve. John m Ann SIBERRY (?)1940 St. Henry RC Church Bayonne, NJ; Mary SHEA b 1912 m Charles BOYLE 1937 St. Mary RC Church; Catherine SHEA b 1915 m Walter MARSHALL 1935 St. Mary RC Church. Thomas SHEA d 1990 and Joseph SHEA d 1989. Appears Thomas and Joseph lived in Bergen Point and Pamrapo NJ Hudson Co NJ at one time. Catherine FITZPATRICK parents were Thomas and Elizabeth O'CONNOR FITZPATRICK. Other folks mentioned as sponsors/witnesses include HAGGERTY, FARRELL, MACDONELL, NUGENT and many SHEA, FITZPATRICK relatives. Appreciate any information/connection. I am also looking for obit for Thomas E. SHEA b 1906 Bayonne died 18 Oct 1990. SSDI indicates he had lived in Bayonne, Bergen Point and Pamrapo also his brother Joseph F. SHEA b 1908 Bayonne died 3 Dec 1989 Pamrapo, Bayonne.
Additionl info indicates some of the familis moved to Cranford, Union Co, NJ in the 1950. Marie SHEA BOYLE 1912-5 Jan 2003 obit states Surviving are her husband, Charles; daughters, Kathleen Roman and Patti; a sister, Genevieve Ells; a brother, Edward SHEA, and two grandchildren
Her sister Catherine Veronica SHEA MARSHALL 1915-20 Dec 2002 indicates Born in Bayonne, she moved to Cranford in 1950. Surviving are a son, Walter T.; a daughter, Catherine M. Hanson; sisters Genevieve Ells and Marie Boyle; a brother, Edward SHEA, and five grandchildren.
