As far i was told the linage of Noices i'm from is From france and when they imagrated to america the name was changed form (Nice ) to (Noice).As far as the location of the differant Noice familys that are around I'm related to any noices From Minnesota,Ohio and texas.and West Virginia In the 1800's Some of the Noices moved from Minnesota to central Ohio which includes Columbus and Lancaster.some alreay lived in Lancaster and and some where also in West Virginia
