The middle name of Benjamin above - I am wrong about the middle name and at that time there was great confusion on internet about benjamin from Chambers being the son of Isham Jr 1765 which I subsequently disproved. COnfusion was also with that middle name with Isham Jr's son Benjamin born 1824 in Lowndes Co AL who was Benjamin Samuel Meadows. It seems clear that the Benjamin who was born 1784 or 5 was Benjamin Franklin Meadows. Since I wrote that above, I discovered that Benjamin Samuel was being confused with Benjamin Franklin by everyone and that the real Benjamin Samuel Meadows born 1824 AL had been neglected and was the real Benjamin born to Isham 1765, son of Isham 1740. That Benjamin Franklin was Isham's brother and not a son. This I straightened out all over the internet including my blog http://ransom-middleton-meadows.blogspot.com/ .

Martha and Isham Meadows jr. had 3 boys and 2 girls according to family oral history and according to census data from 1830 and 1840 in Lowndes Co. AL: Martha b 1815 James b. ca 1818 GA, Daniel Edward b. ca 1820 AL, Love b. ca 1822, and Benjamin S. b. ca 1824 AL. This is 9 years of child bearing after her marriage to Isham Meadows which coincides with Marthaīs age if she were born 1779. Most women stop having babies between 42 and 48. She would have been 45 at Benjamin S. Meadows birth.
