John Norsworthy, born c 1810 or 1815 in TN or VA, apparently changed his surname to Nazary while living in Alabama. He later went to Leake Co., MS where the Nazary family is found to this day. One Leake County census record shows him as John Nazareth. I would like any information on the Nazary family and why or when the surname was changed.
