Peter NOYER/Neier/Nyer 1800 PA

I am looking for the family of Peter Noyer found in Columbia Co, Mifflin Twp PA around 1800. It has been found spelled Neier, Neyer and Nyer in Ohio records. Two of his children were: Isaac born 1803-1806 (married Esther Noaker in PA) and Peter S. born 1809 Mifflin Twp. The family is of French descent. Peter died in 1827 and the rest of the family moved to Richmond (now Morrow Co.) Ohio around 1830. Any help on this surname would be appreciated.
