I think I am related to Peter Noyer! I had some guesses, and the trail led here, and with what you say, everything is clicking right!
I have a John S. Roach who was born in NJ, January 1802. His wife was Rachel A. b in PA April 3, 1803 (have suspected North Umberland, PA). Then I discovered a marriage record I dug up that said a John Roach married a Rachel Noyer in Pickaway County, OH
However, my John Roach and Rachel were in Morrow County, OH and I wondered how far away Pickaway County was.
Then I saw your post that said "Morrow County, Ohio!" that helped tie the Roach and Noyer families together in Morrow County!
I am descended from John and Rachel's son Simon Peter Roach.
If you know anything about this, or want to know about any of John and Rachel's children, let me know.! I really am excited about this!
