I have studied the Comstock Lode for forty years. There was not one Comstock Mine, but many with various names. I have some specific information on all of the mines, but no rosters of employees. With more specifics, maybe I could help.

The University of Nevada Reno Library has an extensive archive of Comstock mining records. You might try there also.
