I am helping a friend research a stock certificate issued in Nevada for the Eureka Company. This stock certificate was purchased in 1956. The certificate states this company was incorporated in Nevada on March 30, 1918. Does anyone know which state office or agency could help me with this search?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
