Hi! I was doing some research on my family, Keeling. I found that my grandmother, Tony (Antoinette??) McCain, was born in Germany in November 1865 and her family name was Petro. I've never heard that name mentioned in any of my researching. Admittedly, I have absolutely no idea exactly how to research genealogy. I'm just stumbling around different sites looking for information. I've found most of my information here on GenForum. It's exciting to find this stuff out! At this point I'd love to find out more about the Petro's. My grandmother, my Dad's mother, Antionette, married Hamilton McCain in Nevada in about 1885, I think! I'd appreciate any information anyone has. I've about confused myself... My name is Ann (Antoinette), my grandmother's name was Tony (Antoinette), my great grandmother's name was Tony (maybe from Antoinette). I hope someone can help! Thanks! Ann
