Overton, Nevada - Bench / Thornton 1960s

I'm writing to see if anyone knows the names of Charlie Bench who died in 1962 or a friend of his named Jennie Ivy Thornton who signed his death certificate. I believe she was a friend of his, and also died a year later at the age of 60 yrs.

I would like to know if anyone knew them personally or would know anything about them. Charlie was my great-granduncle from Utica, Missouri, and basically wound up out in Overton, NV, supposedly looked like one of those rugged, bearded miners with a mule. Any info appreciated.
