I'm looking for information on two of my ancestors that were law enforcement officers in Nevada. James B. Quirk B.1843 in Ill., married Annie Burk in V.C. in 1879, had 1 child (son, Frank b.1881 d.1927 both in V.C.) who never married. I'm looking for more information on this remarkable man. He was on the battlefield moments after Custer and his men were killed at Little Big Horn in Montana. The other man I'd like informaton on is Thomas J. Coyle b.1893 in V.C. Nv. grew up in Butte Montana. Became Chief of Police in Tonapah Nevada until his death in 1945. His nickname was "Gabby"
