Elko family in Bronx 1930-1980

I sure hope someone can help me with this. An aunt married a John Elko sometime in 1938. They lived at East 141 St. They had 3 children - Danny, Catherine and Christina. John and the family moved to 1250 Lealand Ave when his wife died in 1952. John died at that address in 1974. Since then there has been no trace of the children. I guess the girls married but I can't get to their marriage records yet so have no other way of tracing them. Can anyone help??????????
