I just came across your post and I was so excited because I know very little about this part of my family. Isabella French Nutt is my Great-great grandmother. Margaret was my great grandmother. She married Wilfred Young in 1917, I think. Anne (we called her Auntie) was my favorite aunt, and visited us often, until her death in 1999. I'm researching a ton of old photos I have of the family and I was thrilled to come across your posting!

I grew up with many fond memories of Auntie. My grandparents took care of her for as long as I can remember. She lived alone in White Plains, and I often went to see her with my grandmother, or my grandparents brought her to Ridgewood for holidays. She is buried next to Arthur and their parents, I believe, in the family plot in the Bronx. I never knew any other Nutts, but I remember her showing me many pictures of extended family members who had sent her photos throughout the years.

Please feel free to e-mail me as I'd love to learn more about this part of my family. I currently have some old photos of Isabella Nutt and Annie Nutt, taken in Moffat, Scotland, sitting in front of me that I'd love to know more about.
