Researching Sinclairs in Chautauqua County

My husband and I will be coming to Chautauqua County in a few weeks to do research on Samuel Sinclair. We know that Samuel Sinclair is buried in Evergreen Cemetery and that he was an early settler for whom Sinclairville is named. However, in order to make the most of our short time there, we would like to know where to find records of Charlotte township from the early 1800's, such as perhaps Sinclair's will or estate papers. Is there a genealogy library and a town courthouse, or would such early records be in the Chautauqua County courthouse? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
