Study http://www.co.chautauqua.ny.us/hist/histframe.htm carefully before arrival.

Sinclairville is a peculiar village in that it is split evenly between the Towns of Charlotte and Gerry. Consequently you shall have to contact the Town Clerks of both Towns.

The Valley Historical Society maintains a museum in Sinclairville, NY. Contact John Sipos, Cassadaga, NY 14718.

Read the information in Andrew Young's "History of Chautauqua County"(1875).
