Looking for location of any 1840s or 1850s Chenango County records re William D Hoag and/or Altana Barber. I believe William was born on 1/24/1820 in Chenango County NY to Zina D. Hoag and Mary Goodsell. He died 8/24/1889 in Harrison County IA. I believe Altana was born 10/21/1824 Chautauqua County NY to Joseph Maxson Barber and Esther Terry. She died 4/29/1887 in Harrison County Iowa. I believe that they married about 1845 Chenango NY. Also looking for information on their daughter Emma Lunett(e) Hoag born 5/14/1849 Chautauqua County NY. The 1850 Poland Chautauqua census appears to show Altana and Emma living with Altana's brother and parents. Cannot locate any other records. Thanks!
