Do you want to order Fred Gerow`s SS5 form? You don`t need an exact date of death to do that. The SS admin won`t have Fred`s death certificate; that will be held at the Bainbridge town clerk`s office. That office will surely do a search of the months of Oct. to find the death date. Below is that address and also a letter generated from the SSDI on Rootsweb to order the SS5 form from the SS Admin..
