As for look-ups, try the Essex County forum. I've only used it a few times, but there are very helpful folks on there and if no one can do an actual look-up, they might be able to steer you to the right person.
Henriette aka Harriet Robert was the daughter of Zephirin Edouard Robert & Rosalie Dupuis.
1850 USC - Ausable - ROBORE

The 1870 is incorrect on Henriette's birth location. She was born and baptized 17 Sep 1839 at St. Cyprien, Napierville. Her parents married at the same place on 7 May 1839. He is listed on the marriage record as Zephirin.
His parents are listed as Pierre Robert & Marie Josephte Gervais. Rosalie's parents were Pierre Dupuis & (deceased) Judith Bedard.
Edouard was born and baptized 11 Sep 1820 at St. Philippe, Laprairie. His parents were married there on 10 Sep 1803. His parents were Pierre Robert & Cecile Hebert. Her parents were Gabriel Gervais & Marie Catherine Giroux.
Rosalie's marriage record states her father as Pierre, but the marriage record is for Jean Baptiste Dupuis & Judith Bedar(d) - 28 Apr 1806 at Ste. Genevieve, Berthierville. Pierre/JB's parents were Antoine Dupuis & Genevieve Boucher. Judith's parents were Michel Bedard & Marie Josephte Germaine.
I could not find a birth/baptism record for Rosalie.
