I was hoping that someone might have discovered the birth of a Mary Montgomery around 1851-2 somewhere in Clinton County. She was the oldest daughter of my gg-grandfather, William Montgomery. He immigrated from Ireland with his mother,father and brother and settled around Burke, Franklin County. Mary was to die tragically in a train accident in 1885. William would later work as a prison guard in Dannemora. I would love to know what town or to get a copy of her birth certificate. Thanks.
