Now, thanks to the many true saints here, I have completed the search for the Walkers back to the original ancestor who arrived from England. BLESS YOU ALL!!! In looking over my work it became immediately apparent that the ladies have not received sufficient attention. Where would we all be without mothers?! SO, my dad’s mother was Florence Day who married Clarence Green Walker. I once found a box of her beautiful auburn hair in my grandfather’s attic in a box. There has simply GOT to be some Irish blood in there somewhere after looking at some of the very old DAY photos. This leads me NOW to my next step, the filling in of data on the ladies, i.e., Florence Day’s ancestry; This includes the following names for which I have NO data: Cora Anna Hunter 1869-1944 Harriet A. Kinney 1849-1900 Lucy Bailey died Jan 28, 1944 Helen Ketchum 1834-1913 (Dutch?) Abigail Wright 1749-1821 Elizabeth Davis Ruth Puffer Any GEDCOM files, book suggestions, ANYTHING would be greatly appreciated! Notify Administrator about this message?
