My tree contains a John Moore Feb 20 1799 and Calvin Moore Aug 17 1801 who were both born in Dutchess County, NY (there may be more siblings) and moved to Ontario to settle in the Beverly County/Wentworth area. Their parents may have been Henry Moore 1771-1827 and Sarah Cornell but I cannot confirm this. I am looking for Dutchess County census record or some other form of confirmation as there are discrepancies in information passed on to me.
Calvin had a son Henry Alexander Moore Mar 16 1830-Sept 30 1910 which is as far back as I can confirm.
Looking to confirm whether Henry's father was Calvin, and whether Calvin and a brother John came to Ontario from Dutchess County.
Any help/info greatly appreciated!
