It is entirely possible Rev. Jason Pierce had more than one wife. These are the children I know of (Lydia, Maria, Charles and possibly Jefferson?) based on the
1850 Census:#142/144 Franklin County, New York
Rev.Jason Pierce age 62 bn.Mass
Sally (Moody) age 60 bn.Mass
Lydia age 22 New York
Maria age 17 New York
Charles W. Pierce age 29 New York (son of Jason)
Louisa (wf of Charles) 25 Can. E.
Lucy H.(ch.of Charles) 5 New York
Charles N. 3 New York (son of Charles)
Harriet G. 1 New York (daug of Charles)

Entry #139/140 Franklin County,New York
Jefferson Pierce age 42 New York
Ann age 23 Can E.
Alfred age 2 New York
