Hi, I just went to Graysville to Visit John D's grave. He is actually buried in the Mann-Turman Prarie Cemetery along with a host of my Cushman and Phillips relatives. I took pictures if you want to see them they are on www.ancestory.com under the phillips family tree by lahemmrich. I've heard stories about him from by Grandpa Wilbur all my life. I used to go to the Merom Institute for church camp as a kid. My grandpa's sister still lives in Sullivan. Had a good visit with her. She is the last of seven. I would be interested in hearing more about our connection. I was kind of a letdown as all of my ancestors were the first son of a first son. Was John D. a first son too. (1)John D. (2)John T. (3) Clinton (4) Guy (5)Wilbur (6) William (7) Me. Thank you so much for the quick reply. You have already helped bunches. Oh, and do you have more information about John D's dad and granddad. If you can find my stuff on ancestory, I could email them to you. Have pictures too of people from John T forward. Did you know that John D had a dau Leola who served in China as a missonary and she died there? Sorry I'm rambling. Again thank you and hope to hear from you soon. Lisa
