Your last message is a bit confusing to say the least. My William's(born c. 1758-9) son John, is the one born in 1783 and died circa 1818.William (John's father) is the one who died in 1828. You and I connect in a relationship with William Phillips who married Elizabeth Tallman. I then follow the line from their daughter Sarah Phillips who married Stephen Chase....you follow the line through their son John Phillips who married Elizabeth Chase. (Stephen's sister) To make matters more confusing, Stephen Chase's brother, Joseph Chase, turns around and marries Katherine Phillips (your John's sister)that makes all their kids double cousins and me, my own grandmother!! If you care to E-mail me your land address I can send you copies of my Family Group sheets...I do n't publish them on the net as it is too vast a collection and some very early entries are "iffy". I am the kind that must have solid documentation and sources before I add my name.Oh!yes one question for you....your Rev. John.. What does the D stand for? Also, my records show that Lillis is the name of the daughter who went to China and died. E-me back!!
