I am researching a David German b 1780 NY. He is found by 1850 in Van Buren Twp, Wayne, MI. There is a David German found in the 1820 census in Coxsackie of the right age group with 6 children. Is this the same David German? I have verified 4 children named Jerome B, Ann B, Napoleon B and Adaline working with the 1850-860 census for Van Buren Twp and other resources.
Any information someone can add to this would be highly appreciated.
