The 1850 Census Jefferson County, Pamelia Township has a Charles Webster (26 yrs), his wife Eliza (27 yrs) and daughter Harriet (2 yrs) listed. Charles is my grandfather; I have data about him and Harriet but no birth record for either. I don't have any information about Eliza [no maiden name, birth, marriage data nor death]. It is believed that Eliza died about 1851 [perhaps giving birth?] and Charles then moved to Kingston Ontario, Canada with Harriet. Apparently Charles also had a sister who married a Van Buren (spelling not definite) and she apparently lived in Buffalo, NY -- I haven't found her yet! Charles' father may be Samuel Webster as his oldest son was named Samuel. If anyone has any information about Charles Webster and his family I would very much appreciate hearing from them. Thank you,
