Looking for information about the family of Samuel and Lucy Rice WRIGHT. Samuel WRIGHT was born about 1792 in Ireland. Lucy RICE WRIGHT was born in 1795 in Lanesborough, Massachusetts. They married in Lewis Co., NY. They had 15 children (possibly all born in Lewis County NY)of these I can find only the names listed below. Lucy died 29 Aug 1889 in Oshkosh, Winnebago, Wisconsin.
Their children: Mary, Nancy, Fanny,Caroline, Emma, and Willard.
Nancy md Simon Wood. She did in Oshkosh, WI
Fanny md John Bethe. They resided in Oshkosh at the time of her mother's death.
Willard died in Oshkosh, WI
In Lucy's obituary it states that her daughter Mary Wright md a man named Hale and that she was residing in Oshkosh, WI at the time of her mother's death.
The obit further states that 2 of her daughters, Mrs. Phillips and Mrs. Klock resided in the state of New York at the time of their mother's death, and a daughter Mrs. Hamlin resided in Ohio at the time of her mother's death.
I have already used the census records from 1820-1880.
Further information would be so helpful.
