Kiefer, Joseph and Ortlieb, Louisa - looking for gravesites

I am looking for the graves of my great grand-parents Joseph J. Kiefer (b. 1856, d. 1905) and Louise/Louisa (nee Ortlieb) Kiefer.

They lived in New Bremen, Lewis county and I believe they were Baptists. Joseph made furniture. They had 5 boys, Augustus?, Sidney, Alvin, Nelson and Joseph Jr. I have been unable to locate a death certificate for Joseph or the graves of either him or Louise. If anyone has any information I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
