Judy,

Thanks so much for all of the wonderful information. I apologize. I inadvertantly put the name of Johan August's mother, rather than his wife. I do have the correct name in my files. I have all of the church records on this family and some of the immigration records. However the one on Johan E. that you supplied, I'm sure is the correct one. Thanks. I have been to Sweden several times and looked in their archives, as well as using FHL and records from Augustana. I have not ordered newspapers from Jamestown, so that is a possibility. I did talk with the
Cemeteries in Jamestown. I plan on being in Jamestown in August so I am really trying to find any descendants who might be there.
When in Sweden I have met the majority of relatives on both sides of my grandparents families. It has been very interesting to see the similiarities; in mannerisms, occupations,etc as well as physical resemblances.
