Lewis Hart, abt. 1825 in Reading, PA, parents from NY

I'm looking for information about a Lewis Hart who was born in Reading, Pennsylvania in about 1825. He was discharged from service (I believe) in the Civil War due to a foot/leg injury in 1861. He eventually made his way to Whitestown Township in Vernon county Wisconsin. His wife's name was Ellen.

Lewis' parents were both born in New York (obviously prior to 1825).

His wife Ellen was born in New York as were both her parents.

Lewis and Ellen had 5 children. Their first was a son named Andrew, aged 15 at the time of the US 1880 census. Next, a daughter, Mary, aged 10. Next, another daughter, Lucy, aged 8. Next, a son named Willie, aged 4. Lastly, a final daughter, named Juliet, age one. All of their children were born in Wisconsin.

Considering the timeframe all of the given names seem of English origin.

Thanks for any information.
